This multidisciplinary group, comprising experts in agriculture, environmental engineering, economics, and food technologies, provides valuable insights into sustainable food systems. UVa leverages its expertise in resource management, stakeholder training, and technology transfer to support FUSILLI’s goals of transforming urban food systems and promoting sustainability.
