Kharkiv City Council is a representative body of the territorial community of the city of Kharkiv that, on its behalf and in its interests, performs the functions and powers of self-government and makes decisions in its name in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Role in the project
Kharkiv City Council’s role in the project consists in supervising living labs creation and implementation in the city, contributing to and facilitating development of a sustainable consumption policy, as well as contributing to raising citizens’ awareness of sustainable food consumption and panning towards food system transformation in the city.
