Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) is a professional higher education institution oriented towards working life and RDI co-operation. Since 2019, TAMK is a full member of the Tampere Universities community – together with Tampere University.
Role in the project
Tampere University of Applied Sciences will be an active partner in the Tampere Food Living Lab development together with the City of Tampere and the other Tampere FUSILLI partners. TAMK will implement innovative LL product & concept development together with the students, companies and public sector actors. Concretely the project activities such as promos, pop-up -restaurants and participatory workshops are implemented in real life environment and in TAMK Catering Studio which serves as a test bed for the LL actions. TAMK is also responsible for local project dissemination.
