This weekend, Kolding has opened the doors to its new Food Hub. This Food2030 container was presented to the public for the first time in connection with an event on the harbour of Kolding, which had a visit from the research ship Aurora.
Kolding’s FUSILLI partners leveraged this opportunity to talk about project and served local crab soup from Lillebælt outside of the Food2030 container. The event was arranged in collaboration with Naturepark Lillebælt Hovedet i havet and was a great opportunity to officially launch the new Food Hub and to introduce FUSILLI project.
