On 15  September, the City of Oslo, the Oslo County Governor and Oslo Metropolitan University hosted a launch seminar about the FUSILLI project. It was also attended by represents from the ministry of agriculture, food suppliers, and researchers working on issues of food system transformation.

The aim was to inform about the project and clarify its context within the broader Food2030-policy and the related food transformation projects in the city. The seminar had introductory presentations by the various project managers and a panel discussion chaired by the FUSILLI Workpackage 1 leader Einar Braaten. Joining him were: Helge Svare of the Work Research Institute AFI from the Fit4Food project; Sephanie Degenhardt from the Edible Cities Network; Kristin Reichborn-Kjennerud of AFI from the Kjøp Bærekraftig project; Gunnar Vittersø of Consumption Research Norway (SIFO) from the FooDiverse project; Guro Hildre From the department of acquisition in the City of Oslo; Ellen Marie Forsberg, adviser on urban agriculture of the Oslo County Governor; Line Tveiten, FUSILLI representative from the City of Oslo; and Svein Ole Borgen, representing the OsloMet FUSILLI group.
