The FUSILLI project pioneers an innovative approach towards reshaping urban food systems. We are excited to announce the launch of the Knowledge Community Platform (KCP), an online hub designed to foster collaboration and disseminate valuable insights on transforming urban food landscapes.

The KCP serves as a central gathering point for diverse perspectives on the challenges and opportunities within urban food system transformations. As we unveil this platform, which will continue to develop over time, we spotlight its cornerstone feature: the documentation of experiences and learnings from the 12 FUSILLI Living Labs. These living labs are dedicated to breaking down the barriers that hinder the development and implementation of integrated, systemic food policies, paving the way for a sustainable transition in urban, peri-urban, and nearby rural areas.

Introducing: Our Living Lab Transformation journeys

Our journey over the last two and a half years has been rich with discovery. The Living Labs have documented their inquiries, obstacles, and the invaluable lessons drawn from them. These narratives have been visualised in timelines what we call “Transformation Journeys.” These are not just timelines; they are interactive expeditions filled with background information, videos, photos, and relevant news articles. They offer a comprehensive view of the process, presenting an authentic account of each lab’s evolution and strategies.

The Transformation Journeys are more than just stories; they are blueprints for action. They provide critical insights that are relevant to a wide array of stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, fellow living labs, and specialists in various food system domains.

We invite you to join us on this path of discovery and innovation. Explore the platform, delve into the Transformation Journeys, and become part of a global movement towards sustainable urban food systems!
