The City of Oslo collaborated with Höegh Real Estate Company and Sodexo Norway and experimented with solutions for sustainable and healthy food in the workplace, in an office building in Oslo. For many people, 1 out of 3 meals are consumed in the workplace, meaning there is a significant potential in serving healthy and sustainable food in the workplace.
Oslo is open to sharing with other cities, municipalities, and organisations who are willing to replicate the results and learn from Oslo’s experience.
